fall Semester Dates
Registration for the Fall semester is open.
The semester will begin for in person classes on Monday 9/13. Any registrations after Monday 9/13 will be charged a late registration fee of $50.
After school ends for all students on Friday 1/28.
After school students are dismissed at 5:00pm Monday through Friday from the lower cafeteria. Each student must check out with their teacher before leaving the building.
A Typical Day
The program begins with a snack each afternoon, with class beginning at 3:30pm and meeting until 5:00pm. Pick up is in the lower cafeteria at 5:00pm.
There is an extended stay option available, where children may engage in quiet activities until 6:00pm at an additional cost of $15 a day. Anyone picked up after 5:15pm will be charged $10.
All school holidays are observed, and there will be no classes on days with noon dismissals.
Students Pre-K–5 may attend an ongoing class for the day. Please check with the After School office for availability.

Financial Aid for After School courses is available to families receiving Financial Aid from the school. The cost of After School course fees is calculated using the percentage family obligation for tuition.
Refunds and Cancellations
Except for the non-refundable registration fee and late fees, course fees are fully refundable until the first class. After the first class, a $55 fee will be charged. Classes are 50 percent refundable after the second class, and there will be no refunds after the third class. There are no refunds for snow days or other emergency closures.
